In Q1 this year, returned Zhejiang entrepreneurs brought back capital of 2.1 billion yuan, fulfilling 28% of the annual amount of 7.5 billion yuan as the goal set by the provincial government, an growth of 387% over the same period of last year, a good start in supporting the pioneering and innovation of Zhejiang entrepreneurs. Wang Yuanwan and other native Zhoushan entrepreneurs now outside Zhejiang were the main ones coming back to Zhoushan.
           With the good news of approval of the new district, the approval of the comprehensive bonded area and the approval of the new district planning, Zhoushan has become a hot land of investment. In the surge of “return of Zhejiang entrepreneurs”, quite many entrepreneurs of Zhoushan outside Zhejiang chose to pioneering at their native land to make contributions to their home towns. At the tea party of “Spring of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs” held by the new district of Zhoushan Islands in 2013, nearly 30 Zhejiang entrepreneurs of Zhoushan origin now in Shanghai, Beijing and Jiangsu indicated that Zhoushan would be the first choice for their projects under equal conditions.
           Presently, the expansion project for energy and oil products storage and shipping of Zall Energy invested by Zhejiang entrepreneur Wang Yuanwan, the 300,000t/a chemical fiber project invested by Zhoushan entrepreneur in Shanghai Wang Zongfa, the Yinda automobile component production project invested by Zhoushan entrepreneur in Shanghai Jiang Yintai and the navigation channel project invested by Shanghai Darun Harbor Construction Group Co., Ltd., a Zhoushan enterprise in Shanghai are being proceeded smoothly in Zhoushan. Since 2012, Zhejiang entrepreneurs have directly invested 2.705 billion yuan in their projects in Zhoushan, accounting for 26.36% of the total amount of investment from outside the province, an obvious increased proportion than the previous.
